December 7 - Nutcracker Ballet: Waltz of the Snowflakes

❄️ Waltz of the Snowflakes technically isn’t part of the Nutcracker Suite, but it’s my very favorite part of the ballet, so I had to include it! When I was in third grade, I sang in the children’s choir for a month-long production in my hometown. This scene still makes me cry every time - if you know me, you know that’s a good thing!

❄️ The version I’m playing here is scored for 3 C flutes and alto flute. No low flutes in your ensemble? No problem - this flexible arrangement includes alternate parts if you want to play with 4 C flutes.
