A Calendly link to schedule your lessons will be sent within 24 hours of your purchase. All 4 flex lessons must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase date. No refunds will be given for unused lessons.
While the technology is improving all the time, I do understand that it can’t always be perfect! In the event of outages preventing your lesson from occurring, please contact me within the first 10 minutes of your lesson and we will arrange to reschedule on a case-by-case basis. If a student is more than 10 minutes late to a lesson with no attempt to reach out to me, that will be considered a no show.
If you need to reschedule a lesson due to a conflict, you must contact me by email at least 48 hours before your original lesson time. No refunds or make-up lessons will be given for no-shows or missed lessons with insufficient notice.
In order to have the best experience possible, please download the free Zoom client to a desktop or laptop computer (please, no tablets or phones) so you can have greater control over the audio settings. We will go over the correct settings in our first lesson.
